Read this disclaimer before using beliefer.living. It is a general template and does not offer legal advice.

Referrals and Property Work

Beliefer Septic provides marketing and referrals to independent plumbing and septic providers. Tank pumping, septic system or drainfield repair, sewer line repairs and all other plumbing work are performed by independent providers. Beliefer Septic does not carry out work on your property.

What a Connection Means

A referral does not endorse a provider. We give no warranty about work quality, timing, price or results, or about provider availability in your area at any particular time. Each provider is responsible for its licenses, insurance, permits, certifications and conduct.

Understanding General Content

Website content does not constitute plumbing, engineering, legal, insurance, health or financial advice. Septic systems and sewer lines differ, so guidance that fits one home may not fit yours. Discuss your circumstances with a qualified provider.

Reading Cost Figures

Published costs are typical U.S. ranges rather than quotes. The job, location, system design, soil and local permit requirements affect pricing. Obtain a written quote from the provider before work starts.

Checking Your Coverage

Insurance information here is general. We cannot determine whether your policy covers a particular problem. Your policy and your insurer's decision determine coverage. Ask your insurer or agent about coverage questions.

Staying Safe Around Sewage

Septic tanks and sewage present hazards that include harmful gases, bacteria and deep, open tanks. Do not enter a septic tank or work near an open tank. Keep pets and children away from wastewater. Contact local emergency services first if life or safety is at risk.

Payments for Referrals

Providers or marketing partners may pay Beliefer Septic for connecting them with homeowners. Our Referral Marketing Disclosure explains these arrangements further.

Limits on Accuracy

We make efforts to keep website information correct and current. We do not warrant that every detail is complete or that the content contains no errors.
