How to tell us about a problem

Last updated: October 2026

Beliefer Septic wants homeowners to receive fair, honest treatment when contacting the service. Please tell us if something goes wrong. This page describes how to complain and what follows. It is a general template, not legal advice.

Concerns You Can Raise

Contact us about:

  • Your experience reaching Beliefer Septic by phone or another method
  • The handling of your personal information
  • Website information that seems incorrect or unclear
  • Conduct by a provider we referred you to

Problems With a Provider

Providers in our network operate independently. Their quotes, prices, work and customer service are their responsibility. For concerns about septic, sewer or plumbing work, raising the issue with the provider is usually the first step. Keep a written record of that discussion.

Please also tell us about your experience. Provider feedback helps us maintain an honest network. Repeated problems may result in a provider's removal. Beliefer Septic cannot resolve contract disputes, refund payments for a provider's work or decide matters on that provider's behalf.

Details to Include

Send your complaint to contact@beliefer.living with:

  • Your name and contact details
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The number you dialed or the form you submitted, if remembered
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • An explanation of the problem and what you would like us to do

Our Review Process

An email acknowledging your complaint will usually arrive within a few business days. We will examine what happened and may contact the provider as part of that review. Our reply will explain the findings and any action we are taking.

Asking for Another Review

If our response leaves your concern unresolved, reply and request another look. You can also approach your state's consumer protection office, attorney general or local Better Business Bureau. A state licensing board or local health department may help with concerns involving licensed plumbing or septic contractors.
